Age Wave is, at heart, a communications company with an eye on the aging of America. Our goal has always been to understand the fascinating, ever-changing mature population, connect with them as individuals and consumers, and educate the nation to both effectively face the massive demographic shift that is the “age wave” and to promote a new and vital image of maturity.

Collectively, our team has written 16 books and has authored numerous articles featured in national media. Our president and CEO, Ken Dychtwald, PhD, is the best-selling author of many acclaimed books on aging-related topics, including Age Wave, and he appears frequently on Good Morning America, the Today Show, 60 Minutes, and other popular television programs. He also served as the editorial director for a timely quarterly series in the New York Times Magazine entitled, “Empowered Living.”
